"Transcend Recovery Coaching is a person-centered and person-driven process. There should never be pressure or force within an individual's recovery process early on in their journey. Because Recovery is truly a reflective opportunity in discovering and reflecting upon a person's internal strengths within them, while experiencing the incredible ability of creating new ones still to be discovered. After all, accepting help is never an act of weakness, but proof of strength within that individual. "

"A recovery coach focuses on advocacy. "Big A" Advocating for the community, Engaging within it, as to better support access to resources and awareness within Substance Use stigmas in addiction. And "little a" Well of course that's the individuals in which we're engaged in the coaching process with. Becoming a voice for so many in which has lost their own for so long. Providing resource development, tailored support, and walk alongside an individual's recovery process and journey towards wellness."

"In which role we lean into, depends upon the need and specific support an individual may need. As to better address any individual barriers they may be facing in recovery. Addressing any triggers, or a specific need. Quite often though, it's a combination of many at one time."
